Flu Shot Smoothie
Servings 2
- 6 clementines
- Juice of one lemon or lime
- Small handful of cilantro
- Big handful of spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cups blueberries or strawberries
- 2 1-inch pieces of ginger
- 1 1/2 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 cup unsweetened almon or coconut milk
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Note: You may add more liquid if it’s too thick.
