Healthy No-Bake Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grass-fed butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops Earth Echo Cacao Bliss
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 cups raw rolled oats (more or less depending on consistency)

Instructions

  • Over low heat, mix butter and almond milk together. Next, mix all remaining ingredients together.
  • Mix well, roll into small balls and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
