In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
Pro Tip: Let popsicles freeze for 30-60 minutes before adding the stick. You may also find it easier to use a lidded popsicle mold to help hold the sticks in place.
Optional: Add thinly sliced peaches into the popsicle molds before pouring in the smoothie liquid.
